RSPB Leighton Moss Nature Guide (2021-):

  • Interact with visitors and teach people about the wildlife they see.

  • Lead guided walks, including for my own university class!

  • Help record wildlife on the reserve

Undergraduate Dissertation (2021-22):

  • Collaborated with Amphibian and Reptile Conservation to research sand lizard reintroduction.

  • Produced quality academic research with real-world applications through negotiation with partners.

Public speaking events (2012-21):

  • Won public speaking competition at both primary and secondary school.

  • Guest speaker to Lanchester Wildlife Group.

  • Presented carbon emissions reducing policy idea at HM Treasury as part of 'Policy School' event.

Student radio presenter (2019-20):

  • Hosted my own 60-minute radio show discussing environmental news and events.

  • Interviewed course-mates on various topics. 

RSPB young nature presenter competition (2016):

  • created homemade film about the beauty of moths

  • finished runner-up, commended for presenting and creative ideas.
